What is 24 Hour Comic Day?
Basically, it is the challenge in which you are supposed to create 24 pages of comics within a 24 hour period. No planning, storyboards, etc. of any preperation is to be done beforehand. You go, write, draw and comic for 24 hours.
What's Gashapon Shop gotta do with it?
Well, I partcipated in 2005's 24 Hour Comic Day. It went from noon, April 23rd to noon, April 24th. It was awesome. I've uploaded the entire 24 pages online here. Why here? Simply because the main character is Rainee. So aside from that, everything else is new. A new restaurant (Swirl Ramen), a new character (Mr. Tanaka) and even a new fictional character within Gashapon Shop (Sammy). It's all new, and hopefully all good.
